The review analyzes the book "Inclusions and Social Cooperation in Mental Health: Narratives in First Person Plural," edited by David Burin and Natalia Yujnovsky (2023). The work, which was created through a collaborative effort, compiles six self-managed and cooperative experiences of social and labor inclusion in mental health from different Argentine jurisdictions. It highlights the leading role of occupational therapists and the collaborative and co-elaborative process of these experiences' development. The review explores the configurations of these undertakings, common aspects, their orientation towards mutual support, the challenges in the generation of resources and sustainability, and the transforming capacity of these experiences. In hostile contexts, the book inspires reflection of develope a Latin American agenda for community mental health and social cooperation.
