This paper proposes a reflection on the positions and relationships of two groups: people with disabilities and trans people (in all their diversity), in order to propose possible articulations -theoretical and political- between both worlds. As an argument in this sense, contributions from critical studies on disability and gender studies are recovered, which allows to illuminate points of intersection between both fields; likewise, the trajectories of both groups and their achievements in terms of recognition of rights in our country are reconstructed, with the aim of reflecting on the confluence of agendas in the dispute of meanings and rights around legitimate bodies. The LGTBIQ+ collective has managed to place itself on the political agenda in recent years, achieving the sanction of laws and enormous visibility, largely associated with the push of feminisms that have deeply permeated Argentine society. The trajectory of the conquest of rights by people with disabilities has its roots in a longer history, having accumulated achievements over several decades; However, this group has not managed to position itself on the current public agenda with the same power, despite sharing discrimination and violations of rights anchored in the carrying of a body that challenges normality. In short, both groups invite us to think about other ways of inhabiting bodies, of being and of existing in the world, and to challenge other sensibilities, so necessary in current political times.
